Shipping Information
ttec.gr for your most immediate service has the following shipping / Receiving methods:
All shipping and receiving costs are calculated in the last step before the completion and payment of the order and are added to the shopping cart.
Generally:
- Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday 9:00 -17: 00. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. In addition, deliveries are not made on public holidays, weekends (unless otherwise specified) and on days when our warehouse may be closed (eg due to inventory).
- The delivery time at your place by the courier company is 9:00 - 17:00 daily (Monday to Friday) and no appointment can be scheduled.
Estimated delivery time:
- Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 working days.
In areas designated as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, delivery time may be different.
Information in case of unavailable products:
For orders with products that are not immediately available, but upon order, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products.
The update is usually made within the next three working days from the date of the order to the contact details you filled in your order.

For Retail Orders:
- For orders over 35 € the shipping costs are free
- For orders up to 35 €:
Shipping within Attica: 3 €
Shipping outside Attica: € 3.5
* COD Cost: 1.5 €
For Wholesale Orders:
- For orders over € 100 shipping costs are free
- For orders up to € 100:
Shipping inside & outside Attica: € 4.5
* Free cash on delivery costs.
